Order :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant/s and learned AGP for respondents No.1, 2. When the matter is called out, none appears for respondent No.3. Perused the applications and relevant documents produced on record.

The learned counsel for applicants submits that the documents sought to be produced on record at Exhibit- P-I to P-III are already produced before the learned Reference Court, but by way of abandon precaution, for just and proper adjudication of the issue involved, the applicants are intending to reproduce the documents in these matters for sake of convenience. Therefore, production of documents be allowed.

In view of submission it reveals that these documents were already produced on record before the Reference Court. The

2 24,25-CA-6380,1-16 applicants-appellants filed the Appeal No. 1151 of 2014 against the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Reference Court, which came to be admitted and kept reserve for final adjudication on merit. In such circumstances, the documents being public documents, there is no impediment to allow applicants to reproduce the same in the proceedings. Hence, civil applications to that effect are granted in regard to prayer clause 'B'. Applications stand disposed of accordingly. [ K. K. SONAWANE ] JUDGE rrd.
