Perused the evidence of the doctor. The applicant has been behind the bars for little over four years and three months as against sentence of ten (10) years rigorous imprisonment. The applicant is 20 years of age. The appeal is not likely to come up for hearing in immediate future.

In the fitness of things, the execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment to stand suspended, pending the appeal.
