This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No. 32054 of 2021 by setting aside the order dated 28.02.2022, passed by the Registrar (J) of this Court, whereby registration of the writ petition was refused on account of non removal of office objections.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The order passed by the Registrar (J) of this Court,

Writ Petition (St.) No. 32054 of 2021 is restored back to file subject to removal of office objections within three weeks from today. If the office objections are not removed, the order, refusing registration, shall stand as it is.
