It appears that the Special Land Aquisition Officer has awarded the compensation @ 245 per Are. and the reference Court has enhanced the compensation @ 1262 per Are. 3.

In view of the same, the applicant / original claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 75 % with certain conditions. Hence, following order :

ORDER

(i) The application is partly allowed.

(ii) The applicant / original claimant is permitted to withdraw an amount to the extent of 50 % out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25 % out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing solvent security / surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
