Heard Shri. Patel learned counsel h/f Smt. Asha Rakh learned counsel for the applicants. He states that this matter was settled in Lokadalat. The acquiring body has deposited the entire amount in this Court out of which 50% of amount is withdrawn by the applicants. Shri. Patel, learned counsel makes a request that the balance amount be transferred to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalna. In view of this, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
