This is an application for the condonation of delay of 22 days in filing the criminal application for bringing the heirs of the original appellant who is dead. By way of this application , the applicant wants to prosecute the appeal that was filed by the appellant in the year 2004. It is because of the conviction her husband was not getting pensionery benefits. If the appeal is allowed, she would be entitled to get service benefits and therefore want to prosecute the appeal. While filing the application, there is delay of 22 days.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B and application stands disposed off.

The necessary corrections be carried out in the clause title of the appeal.
