Learned A.G.P. submits that in case the said proposal is pending the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits. In the light of that, we pass the following order.

In case the proposal (Exhibit F) forwarded by the Head Master to the Education Officer and is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the said proposal (Exhibit F) on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within six months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
