Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The report was lodged against ten to twelve unknown persons. The applicants have been apprehended as they were playing cricket with other co-accused. There is no incriminating evidence against any

941- BA-499-2023.odt of the applicants. They have already undergone the P.C.R. Considering the F.I.R. and the interrogation made with the applicants, the Court is of the view that they deserve bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Shaikh Aslam Shaikh Nawab in BA. No. 499 of 2023 and applicant No.1 Imran Yunus Khan, and applicant No.2 Shaikh Juber Harun in B.A. No. 557 of 2023 be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No. 6 of 2023, registered with Police Station Chikalthana, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 324, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, on the following conditions :- (a) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
