PER COURT :- 1.
At the outset, the learned Counsel for the applicant in ABA/759/2024 seeks leave to withdraw the application. Accordingly, the said application is dismissed as withdrawn.

In ABA/461/2024, heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.22/2024, registered at Marwad Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under sections 326, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 37(1)(c) of the 1 of
937 ABA 759-2024 Maharashtra Police Act.

This Court, by order dated 18/06/2024 and 21/03/2024, granted interim protection to the applicant, Shashikant Madhav Patil. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, in pursuance of the order, the applicant cooperated with the investigation. The allegations against the applicant and others are that they assaulted the informant and one more person. However, considering the role attributed to the present applicant, Shashikant Madhav Patil, and the fact that the corresponding injuries caused to the informant are simple in nature, the interim protection granted to the applicant is confirmed. 5.
In view of the above, the application is allowed in the following terms :
i] In the event the applicant Shashikant Madhav Patil is arrested in connection with FIR No.22/2024, registered at Marwad Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under sections 326, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 37(1)(c) of the Maharashtra Police Act, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
ii] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when 2 of
937 ABA 759-2024 called by the police.
iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court. 6.
In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove. 8.
The application stands disposed of.
