The learned advocate representing respondent No. 4 submits on instructions that the directions of the District Collector, Latur dated 18.02.2022, have been assailed by preferring a proceeding before the Additional Divisional Commissioner at Aurangabad. The petitioner has also appeared in the said proceedings.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. [ 3.

Needless to state, the contentions of the parties are left open. We expect the Additional Divisional Commissioner to consider these proceedings for disposal, expeditiously.
