The learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant - Kamal Sharma @ Kuldeep Malharam Chaudhary is not able to deposit total amount of Rs.6,00,000/- i.e. Rs.3,00,000/- + Rs.3,00,000/- in Crime No.60 of 2024 and Crime No.61 of 2024. 4.

Heard the learned APP for the respondent/State. 5.

Perused the order passed by this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the relaxation is justified to some extent. However, the applicant Kamal Sharma @ Kuldeep Malharam Chaudhary has to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- in each of above crimes instead of Rs.3,00,000/-.
