Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

This is the first crime committed by the applicants. The alleged robbed amount of Rs.3,00,000/- has been recovered from both. The material investigation has been completed. The applicants are young persons. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicants may be released on bail on certain conditions. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(1) Swapnil @ Bapu Madukar Patil and (2) Shekhar Nimba Patil, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No.32 of 2023, registered by Police Station M.I.D.C., District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 395, 120-B read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) They shall attend the Police Station on every first day of month, between 5.00 p.m to 8.00 p.m. till filing chargesheet.
