This is an application for relaxation of condition for depositing Rs.6,00,000/- in the trial Court.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant - Aatiq Khan Taufik Pathan is not able to deposit total amount of Rs.6,00,000/- i.e. Rs.3,00,000/- + Rs.3,00,000/- in Crime No.60 of 2024 and Crime No.61 of 2024.

Heard the learned APP for the respondent/State. 5.

Perused the order passed by this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the relaxation is justified to some extent. However, the applicant Aatiq Khan Taufik Pathan has to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- in each of above crimes instead of Rs.3,00,000/-.
