1] By the present petition, the petitioners challenge the impugned order dated 16.04.2024 passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Ahmednagar, on an application below Exhs. 35 and 36 in Enquiry Application No.523 of 2020.

2] The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the present petition arises out of the interim orders passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner in Enquiry Application No.523 of 2020 and the said application is finally disposed of by the Assistant Charity Commissioner on 10.09.2024.

3478.24WP 3] Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the interim order is with regards to cross-examination of one of the witness in the change report and that the issue will survive.

4] In view of the same, liberty is granted to raise all the issues before the Joint Charity Commissioner in appeal.

5] With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
