The learned advocate for the respondent No. 1 submits that the proceedings would be decided within a period of six (06) months, save and except in the case of a legal impediment. 3.

In view of the above, we are disposing of this petition without

Respondent No. 1 shall decide the pending application No. 54/286/2015 filed by the present petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31.01.2023 by affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders.
