The proceeding is initiated before Respondent No.1 on 29.02.2024. Within 14 days, this petition is filed for seeking a Writ of Mandamus. An application for interim relief is filed before Respondent No.1, is the statement made by the Petitioner. 2.

The reasons for filing this petition is that the Talathi has issued a notice to the Petitioner on 11.03.2024, directing him to produce an order of interim relief from the office of the Revenue Minister or else, he would proceed to alter the revenue

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that today, the Petitioner is already in Mantralaya praying for a hearing on the interim application.

The learned AGP assures that the Petitioner would be given audience/ hearing on the application for stay. The concerned Secretary would communicate the earliest date of hearing to the Petitioner.

We expect the hearing for an ad-interim order on the stay application, at least within 10 days.

The learned AGP submits that in view of this order, the Talathi would not proceed and await the order from the Honourable Revenue Minister.

Considering the above statements, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
