On instructions, the learned Counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court at Amalner to challenge the order dated 09.10.2023 passed below Exh.29 in R.C.C. No.169 of 2023 by the learned J.M.F.C. Amalner, District Jalgaon. 2.

The Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The Applicants shall approach before the Sessions Court, Amalner, on or before 29.11.2024 and shall present the

(( 2 )) 33-Cri-Appln-1212-2024 Revision, which can be decided on its own merits by the learned Sessions Court as early as possible. In the meantime, the interim order granted by this Court on 18.03.2024, shall in force. The time which has been consumed before this Court shall be the ground under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for entertaining the application for condonation of delay.
