Present Petition has been filed for directing respondent No.1 to decide the proposal for premature release of the petitioner which is pending since 16.02.2023.

The learned APP waives service of notice for all the respondents and upon instructions from respondent No.1, makes a statement that the said proposal would be decided within a period of three months, this statement is taken as undertaking. 3.

We disposed of the Writ Petition by directing the respondent No.1 to decide the proposal for premature release of the petitioner within a period of three months from today.
