ORAL ORDER :

This Civil Application is filed seeking permission to fill up the various posts as detailed in the application, more particularly para No.6 of the Civil Application. 2.
Mr. Talekar, learned counsel has no objection to grant the civil application, however, submits that, the said persons should be appointed by duly constituted selection committee. 3.
It is submitted that, the posts which are to be filled in are all sanctioned posts. In light of that, there will be no impediment to allow the applicant to fill in the said posts,
C.A. No.3939/2015 however, the persons to be selected are required to be selected by duly constituted selection committee. In light of that, we pass the following order :

The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The applicant shall constitute a selection committee consisting of Dean of Government Medical College, concerned Subject Experts from any Government Medical College and Civil Surgeon, Ahmednagar. The applicant shall take steps to fill the said posts expeditiously. This condition will apply for filling the posts from Sr.No.1 to 19 as detailed in para No.6 of the Civil Application. The rest of the posts from Serial Nos.20 to 90 may be filled in by a selection committee constituted by the applicant. While appointing them, the Committee shall see that necessary qualification is possessed by those persons as required.
