ORAL ORDER :

By this civil application, it is submitted that, the applicant be directed to pay three additional increments to the doctors working on the establishment of Sainath Hospital who have completed Diploma in the respective discipline and six additional increments to the doctors who have completed postgraduation degree in the respective discipline from the date of

C.A. No.3938/2015 passing of the resolution and upon the terms and conditions in the said resolution No.66, dated 18.2.2015.

We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Talekar, learned counsel. It appears that, the Government Resolution dated 14.12.2011 permits grant of such additional increments to the Medical Officers holding diploma and post-graduate degree. The applicant may grant such additional increments as prayed in prayer clause (B) of this Civil Application strictly in adherence to the Government Resolution dated 14.12.2011. The same will be effective from the date of resolution passed by the applicant, dated 18.2.2015. Civil Application stands disposed of.
