The Petitioner desires that Respondent No.6 - Jalgaon District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., be directed to permit the Petitioner to report for duties, vide the appointment order dated 08.07.2020 or transfer the Petitioner as per order dated 24.07.2020. 2.

Apparently, this is a serious dispute between the Petitioner and a Co-operative Bank. The issue of whether Respondent No.6 would fall within the definition of Article 12, needs to be considered in view of the recent observations of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of South Indian Bank Ltd. and others Vs. Naveen Mathew Philip and another, 2023 SCC Online SC 435.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that her

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

The learned A.G.P. would convey to Respondent No.4 to deal with the pending representations of the Petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within a period of 60 days.
