For the reasons stated in the application, the applicant herein is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rs. Six lacs only) out of total amount deposited before this Court. 2.

So far as balance amount is concerned, it is ordered that the said amount be fixed in fixed deposit initially for period of three years in the nationalized bank.

The civil application stands allowed.
