1] The applicant - appellant has moved this application seeking condonation of 199 days delay in filing the appeal seeking enhancement of compensation.

2] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent no.3. The respondent nos.1 & 2, though served, are absent.

3] Considering the submissions advanced in the light of the reasons set out in the application to condone the delay, I am of the view that a case is made out to condone the delay.
