Heard. Perused the F.I.R. The victims have filed affidavit and even given their statements suggesting that they have settled the matter amicably. In view of the same, the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not warranted. In view of the same, the application is allowed. The interim order dated 16/3/2023 is made absolute.
