Heard learned counsel for the applicant -wife. The respondent - husband despite service, remained absent and therefore, the matter is taken for final hearing.

The applicant -wife is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 112/2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune, District Pune, which has been filed by the respondent for judicial separation against her.

The learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant is residing at Gangapur, Taluka Udgir, District Latur and her father is driver by profession. As such, the financial condition of the applicant is not so sound that she can attend the dates of herein at Pune which

is almost 400 kms. away. In view of the same and since the respondent despite service, remained absent, hence following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The HMP No. 112/2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune, District Pune, is hereby transferred to the Court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Udgir, Taluka Udgir, District Latur.

(iii)The application is accordingly disposed of. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE .....
