29-03-2022 PER COURT :- The proposal of the petitioner submitted by respondent no. 3 - School for grant of approval to the appointment of petitioner on compassionate ground on the post of Peon filed on 24.12.2021, is still pending.

Respondent no. 2 - Education Officer is, accordingly, directed to consider the proposal of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (02) weeks from today and communicate the order that would be passed to the petitioner within a period of one (01) week thereafter.

If the proposal of the petitioner is accepted, the consequential benefits shall be granted to the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of such order. If the proposal of the petitioner is rejected, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.
