The applicant submits that though the earlier order dated 31/01/2018 passed in CRA No.202/2016 was complied with, an undertaking was not filed by the applicant within time. The said undertaking is annexed to this civil application and it is prayed that the same may be taken on record by extending the time. 2.

Learned Advocate for respondent No.1 does not oppose. 3.

This application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
