PER COURT:- 1.

Having considered the judgment of this Court dated 30.08.2021 delivered in Writ Petition NO.7309/2018, filed by the present petitioner and especially the direction set out in paragraph no.10 (b), the petitioner is eligible and entitled for interest component on the GPF amount, which he has been paid on 04.06.2018.

The said interest amount has not been paid and this is an admitted position in the light of

(2) 913-cp-246-2022 the instructions received by the learned Advocate from respondent no.4 Shri. Shivraj N. Kendre present in the Court, with a further statement that it would be paid till 15th November, 2022.

This interest amount, which approximately is Rs.42,000/-, should have been paid by November2021. Nevertheless, the petitioner is satisfied with the statement made by respondent no.4 that this amount will be paid on or before 15.09.2022. 4.

In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed off.

Nevertheless, considering the earlier conduct of the respondents, if this amount is not paid till 15.09.2022, the said amount of Rs.42,000/- will carry simple interest at the rate of 3% from 2019 till it is actually paid.
