The petitioner is a 62 years old retired Sectional Engineer from the Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran. His request representation dated 01/06.02.2023 is pending with the Respondent No.6. He only prays for an early decision.

In view of above, this petition is disposed off without issuing notice to the respondents since we are not granting any relief to the present petitioner against the Respondents.

We expect respondent no.6 to decide the representation of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30th June, 2023.
