ORDER
(22nd March, 2025) 1.
Parties have settled the disputes. Both the parties filed terms of compromise on record, which is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.

Appeal is filed by Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd. The dispute is not in respect of the quantum of compensation but is between two Insurance Companies as to who in what proportion to pay amount of compensation. It is agreed that ICICI Lombard has agreed to pay sum of Rs. 1,20,000/- to the Appellant Company. It is undertaken before the panel that the amount shall be 32-CA-3535-2020.odt
paid within a period of eight weeks.

There is no dispute about the the quantum of compensation and as such, the claimants have recorded no objection for the said compromise.

In view of the above, appeal stands disposed as withdrawn as compromise in above terms. Claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court as per the award passed by the Tribunal.
5.
The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the Rules.
6.
The Civil Application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
7.
The award/decree be drawn up in terms of compromise.
8.
No order as to costs.
