Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent State.

The applicant was granted bail on the condition to attend the concerned police station every day between 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. The applicant followed the condition and attended the Police Station since 29th August 2022. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant argued that since he has to attend the police station, his daily routine has been disturbed. He is an agriculturist by occupation. He cannot

941-Cri.Appln. No.1042-2023.odt go to purchase the seeds and insecticide for his crop due to the condition. The daily attendance is troublesome. Hence condition may be relaxed.

The learned A.P.P. would submit that he was regularly attending the police station.

Considering the reasons assigned, the Court is of the view that the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Condition No. (iii) in the order dated 29th August, 2022 in Bail Application No. 1127 of 2022 stand relaxed. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE ysk
