The petitioner is a 74 years old retired Deputy Engineer from the Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran. His request representation dated 06.02.2023 is pending with Respondent No.3. He only prays for an early decision.

In view of above, this petition is disposed off without issuing notice to the respondents since we are not granting any relief to the present petitioner against the Respondents.
