The Petitioners have put forth a solitary prayer that the District Collector, Beed may decide the Application dated 14th November, 2023 as regards determination and payment of rental compensation as per the Government Resolution dated 1st November, 1972. 2.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that Respondent No.2 would deal with the said Application within a reasonable period. 3.

We direct that Respondent No.2 would decide the said Application within 90 days from today, by following the due procedure laid down in law and take a follow up action. 4.
