DATE : JULY 21, 2022 ORDER :- The order granting bail to present applicant was passed on 28.01.2022 in Bail Application No.788 of 2021, with a direction to furnish solvent local surety in the sum of Rs.One Lakh. It is informed by learned counsel for the applicant that since the applicant is a foreign national, he is unable to secure local (resident of Dhule) surety.

Over six months have passed post passing of the order granting bail to the applicant. Same indicates the applicant's inability to secure local surety.
