This is third bail application filed by applicant. His earlier two bail applications were withdrawn. This application is filed on the ground that charge sheet is filed in the present crime.

Mere filing of charge sheet cannot be said to be change in circumstance, as charge sheet against applicant is filed under section 299 of Cr.P.C. Therefore, investigation to the extent of applicant remains to be conducted. No change in circumstance is brought on record by applicant. Application is therefore rejected.
