We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner, the learned A.P.P on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2, and Shri. Deshmukh, learned Advocate on behalf of respondent No.3.

The petitioner has put forth an innocuous prayer under clause (B) which reads thus :- '' (B) By appropriate Writ, order or direction, the respondent No.3 Wakf Board, Aurangabad be directed to conclude the Inquiry No. 54/2/2004 in accordance with Order dated 03.12.2013 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Civil Revision Application No. 58/2012 and 61/2012 and amended provisions of Wakf Act, 1995 as amended by the Act of 2013. ''

Considering the submissions of the learned Advocates

No. 5027-2021.odt and the learned A.P.P, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 Wakf Board to conclude Enquiry No.54/2/2004, in accordance with the order dated 03.12.2013, passed by this Court in Civil Revision Application No. 58 and 61 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30th September, 2021. It is made clear that as the enquiry dates back to the year 2004, respondent No.3 shall not seek extension of time and if there is any non-cooperation from any of the parties, respondent No.3 would be at liberty to pass appropriate orders, including imposing of cost for seeking adjournments.
