Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that in connected matters the claimants are permitted to withdraw 75% amount out of which 50% was allowed to be withdrawn on usual undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. He, therefore, seeks similar order.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1/Acquiring Body opposes Applications. However, he is not in a position to dispute the fact that in connected matters such order was passed.

In view of above, following order is passed:

O R D E R

a) Civil Applications are allowed.

b) The Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% amount on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

c) Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of.
