Leave to amend the afÏdavit filed by informant. 2.
Applicant apprehends arrest in C.R. No.09/2024, registered with Peth Beed Police Station, Dist. Beed, for offence punishable under Sections 354, 324, 327, 427, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Victim has lodged FIR alleging that on 04/01/2024, at about 06:45 p.m. she was proceeding from her house towards Akashwani on her two wheeler. When she reached near Vimal Cotton Industry, accused Aaditya Veer was urinating on road. He asked informant to stop the vehicle and when informant stopped vehicle, accused came near her vehicle. Thereafter he pulled scarf of informant, tore her top from right side and pressed the chest of informant. Thereafter she started shouting. Thereafter accused hugged informant and though she tried to rescue herself, accused assaulted her with brick on her head near ear. Due to said blow SVH
2 1003-ABA-466-24.odt blood was oozing from her ear. Thereafter accused forcibly committed theft of her gold ornaments of Rs.25,000/- and damaged her mobile phone by banging on road. He also damaged right side mirror of her two wheeler and ran away. Thereafter informant went to Government Hospital, Beed, and took treatment. 4.
Heard learned advocate for applicant, learned APP for respondents/State and learned advocate for informant. Perused the investigation papers.

Today, the victim has appeared through her advocate and has filed afÏdavit stating therein that FIR is lodged due to misunderstanding and she does not want to prosecute the same. The matter is amicably settled between informant and applicant with the intervention of elderly and respectable persons from the society and therefore, she has no objection to grant anticipatory bail to applicant.

Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the contents of afÏdavit filed by informant, application is allowed. 7.
In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with C.R. No.9/2024, registered with Peth Beed Police Station, Dist. Beed, for offence punishable under Sections 354, 324, 327, 427, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant be released on executing Personal Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in like amount.
