PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned A.G.P. submits that the order is complied. The proposal is again rejected on the ground that the post is not admissible.

Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has deliberately rejected the proposal. There is no question of non-admissibility of the post, as the petitioner was transferred to the said place on account of transfer of another person who was working there.

All these aspects cannot be gone into the present contempt petition. If, according to the

(2) 39-cp-232-2018 petitioner, the order is erroneous, the petitioner will have to assail the same in appropriate proceedings.

As the order is complied, though belatedly, the contempt stands purged.

The contempt petition disposed of. No costs.
