1. Heard Mrs. Sontakke, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr. Shinde, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No. 1.

2. Mrs. Sontakke, learned counsel for petitioners submit that application for rental compensation filed by the petitioners is pending since January, 2015 and the same is not yet decided by the authority. 3.

In case, the application for rental compensation is pending with the respondent - authority, the respondent - authority shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months, from the date of this order.
