The applicant seeks permission to bring on record the legal heirs of sole respondent as narrated in paragraph no.3 of the application. The applicant also seeks to condone the delay of 315 days caused in filing the present application. 3.

Perused the application and reasons as stated in paragraph nos.2 to 6 of the application. The delay is not intentional. Immediately after getting knowledge of death of respondent, the application has been filed. In the result, there is no impediment in allowing the application.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C). Amendment to be carried out within period of two weeks from today.
