The present petition takes exception to order dated 25.01.2021 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Jalgaon under provision of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007. By way of impugned order, petitioner was injuncted from disturbing possession of respondent no.1 over suit house.

Mr. Patil, learned Advocate appearing for petitioners submits that during pendency of this petition, petitioner no.2 has purchased suit property under registered sale deed dated 12.02.2025 from respondent no.1.

In that view of the matter, dispute in the present Writ Petition no more survives. In result, Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Mr. Patil, on instruction requests that amount deposited by petitioners be refunded in the name of petitioner no.1. 6.

In view of the above, amount deposited by petitioners be refunded in the name of petitioner no.1 alongwith accrued interest thereon.
