After having heard Shri Wani, learned Counsel for the petitioner, I hardly see any reason to interfere with the order dated 18/08/2014 passed by the Civil Judge (J.D.), Jamner, but for noticing that the cost order is not consonant.

The amount of cost, as such, is enhanced from Rs. 1000/- (Rs. one thousand only) to Rs. 5000/- ( Rs. five thousand only), to be deposited with the Civil Court (J.D.), Jamner, within two weeks from today.

The petitioner will be entitled to withdraw the said cost. 5.
