Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the claim for verifcation of validity of petitioner's caste / tribe certifcate is pending since 2005 before respondent no. 2 - Committee. The petition has been fled in the year 2016. 2.

In the circumstances, the ends of justice would be met with directions to the Committee to decide the pending claim of petitioner within a period of six months. Accordingly respondent no. 2 - Committee to decide on the pending claim of petitioner within a period of six months on receiving writ of this order.
