The applicant / petitioner prays for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar (J) dated 12.3.2018, by which, the Writ Petition has not been registered owing to non-removal of office objections. 2.

The Civil Application is filed within time.

Considering the above, the application is allowed. If all office objections are removed on/or before 14.8.2018, the order of the learned Registrar (J) shall be recalled, failing which the said order dated 12.3.2018, would stand restored without reference to the Court on 16.8.2018.

Upon compliance of the above directions, list the Writ Petition for admission on 21.8.2018.
