The petitioner seeks permission to terminate the pregnancy. The petitioner was referred to the Expert Committee at Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad. The Expert Committee has examined the petitioner and submitted the report. The relevant portion of the report reads thus : "13.

The Expert Committee has recommended the medical termination of pregnancy.

The risk involved in the termination of pregnancy is explained to the petitioner and her relatives. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is made aware of the risk involved in the termination of pregnancy. The petitioner wants to proceed further with the termination of pregnancy.

In the light of the above, the petitioner is permitted to terminate the pregnancy at any Government recognized centre. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
