We are not inclined to entertain this criminal application on the ground of delay and laches. Crime came to be registered in the year 2019 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the year 2020. The applicants have approached to this Court belatedly in this year. Though, we have informed the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants will be at liberty to fle an application for discharge before the trial court in the pending case, however, the learned counsel for the applicants has insisted to pass the order.

In view of the above, criminal application is hereby dismissed.
