Writ Petition No.7255 of 2024 was dismissed in default on account of failure on the part of the petitioner to take appropriate steps for effecting service on respondents.

Learned Counsel Mr. Tribhuwan, appears for respondent no.2 and says that he has no objection for restoration of the petition. 3.

On the condition that appropriate steps for effecting service on respondent no.1 shall be taken within a period of two weeks from today, the order dated 29.11.2024 stands recalled. However, if appropriate steps are not taken then the said order shall stand revived without further reference to the Court.
