In view of the undertaking given by the learned Counsel for the applicants and for the reasons recorded in the Civil Application, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 28.2.2022 insofar as Public Interest Litigation (St.) No.32137 of 2021 is restored to file.

It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If the office objections are not removed, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 28.2.2022 would stand restored and the order passed by this Court today would stand re-called, without further reference to the Court.

Civil Application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
