Mr.Dhakne, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on 22nd April, 2016, the petitioners have submitted comprehensive representation to the respondents-authority for payment of salary in the pay scale of untrained teacher, however, same has not been considered.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case the representation of the petitioners is pending, the concerned authority will decide the same as per law. 3.

In case the representation is pending then the respondent No.2 shall take decision upon the representation of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law, considering all relevant aspects of the matter expeditiously and preferably within six months from today.

In view of above, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
